CALL FOR SCORES (THE APPLICATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED)
The Canadian Composers Orchestra is seeking one early career composer of any race or gender to compose a new work for percussion quartet. The newly created work will be professionally filmed and produced by audio, video and live streaming specialists Domenic Clark and Nikolay Nikitushkin for free online viewing. The work will also be presented as score video and promoted in the CCO's educational video series analyzing and advocating for further performances of the composers music. The select participant will additionally gain access to engraving lessons and marketing lessons with Andrew James Clark, and mentorship sessions and composition lessons with Tyler Versluis and Maria-Eduarda Martins.

The selected composers will be expected to remain in communication with the Andrew James Clark throughout the winter and must also attend at least one rehearsal (in person or virtually) to provide interpretive directions to the performers prior to the recording date.
